医学论文中英文摘要的撰写

结构式摘要

结构式摘要1987年Ann Intern Med，1990年完善我国20世纪90年代初开始采用，用于研究论文。现行的结构式摘要的篇幅：中文400字左右，英文250个单词，包括：目的 （Objective）；方法（Methods）；结果（Results）；结论（Conclusions）

结构式摘要作为全文的浓缩具有选择选择性、简洁性、自明性和独立性。与论文主体相对应研究或调查目的，基本程序，主要发现和主要结论。摘要中不含有图、表、参考文献。

英文摘要的要求为简洁清楚，需要注意的几点有：

①文题撰写中注意在小标题后用短语，而不用句子。

②把握好人称、语态时态

③缩略语应尽量避免使用，重复3次以上者可考虑使用公知公用的缩略语使用；并在第一次出现时给出全拼

④1位数字全拼，2位或2位以上数字用阿拉伯数字 two patients ，16 patients

⑤4位以上的数字用空距将每3位数字作为一组分开 6855, 85 879 866

⑥文题和句首的数字及计量单位均应全拼
